General Overview

Casting latex is the most basic kind of liquid rubber and can be used for a variety of purposes. It can be used for mold making, skinning sculptural pieces, and more. Pre-vulcanized latex means that it's unnecessary to heat the latex in order for it to cure fully.

Tips, Tricks & How-Tos

This latex dries much much faster if stippled on in thin layers.

Once the latex is dry, it's a good idea to powder it with some baby powder to keep the latex from sticking to itself.

Not Recommended

Don't get it on your clothes or hair, since it will not come out!
